Growing Through Loss
Growing Through Loss is a curriculum based therapeutic, educational and supportive program for youth ages 11-17 dealing with significant losses.  8-week sessions are led by a trained mental health professional, aimed to increase grief education, improve coping skills and decrease depressed mood. A monthly Youth Grief Support Group is offered for ages 9-17 that have experienced the death of a loved one. Periodic Family Grief Workshops are held for grief education and emotional support.
